The format I am considering is:

Quite Description From Table [Fortune Card correspondence]

1-3 Sentences of additional description

Three questions, in the style of the Vision Cards

    Sounds like a good basic format to use as a springboard. It will be fun to see where you take this--your tables have been quite creative and intriguing.
